Winter campsites in the Peaks?

Anyone know of any Campsites in the Peaks that are likely to be open year round? I'm looking at a long weekends walk with my bro, sometime early Feb.

We could wildcamp, but Peaks isn't the best area for that???
SO if anyone can suggest a couple of sites (ideally that we could string together with decent bit over the tops between them) that would be much appreciated.

Not sure about the wild camping, have a feeling it is frowned upon or even not allowed in the Peak District (someone correct me if experienced otherwise), however,

Try Holme Farm Campsite, I'll be there over the christmas period so seems like it's going to open al year round! Perfect base for the 3 peaks too.

It's not really in the Peak District though...

I'm sooooo sorry, what am I talking about!? Yeah its not in the peaks.....must stay on medication.....lol sorry!

It is in the Pennines though, so at least you got the right range of hills!

Th eonly site I can seem to find North of the Hope valley is closed over winter - Crowden? Does anyone know of any others in that part of the Peaks?

Otherwise it looks like we'll be doing loops along the Hope. Could be fun, but I'd prefer to cover a larger area. Any suggestions?

Don't know if it is open this time of year but you could look at booking Crookstone Barn.
