Bouldering Mats

It's getting to that time of year again! I'm now the proud owner of a 1/3 of a DMM Dyno mat. So there will be lots of bouldering going on before i go to pastures a-new (uni).

Anyone have any experience of this mat? or indeed any other type of mat? Also any problems around NE england? NYmoors? or even Dales?

Alpkit have some really cheap boulder mats, I might get 1 at some point

Alpkit do seem to make some bargain gear - I was eyeing up one of their down sleeping bags.

Well I'm in Darlington so got richmond quite close by, though the problems at goldsbrough will keep me going for a long long time! Just wondering if there are any particurly good areas from the people in the know! I'v heard there is more over the nearest rise at goldsbrough...ends with crag but i don't know the first bit!

Alpkit gear seems a great price - currently tempted by a synthetic down type jacket!
