Dissapearing Lake Baffles Russians

Residents of a village in central Russia are trying to solve the mystery of a lake that disappeared overnight. Russia's NTV channel showed a huge, muddy basin where the lake once was, in the village of Bolotnikovo.

I doubt that the Americans are to blame for the disappearance of the lake in this place in Russia it is just a typical communist mentality to blame capitalist antagonists for things that go wrong unless it was made in jest but really years of communist oppression do not do well for the sense of humour at least if you have the cheka down your throat looking to see if they can find any evidence of sedition and satire parodying the regime was probably not the best plan for many communists.
